Title: Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Technical Amendment to Council Freedom of Information Act Requests Regulations 
Abstract: This rule made administrative changes to regulations for Freedom of Information Act requests received by Regional Fishery Management Councils (Councils). Previously regulations referenced the preparation of a form no longer used for processing Freedom of Information Act requests. This form was been replaced by FOIAonline, an online Freedom of Information Act repository and agency processing system used to manage Freedom of Information Act requests. This action updated regulations to reflect the current practice for processing Freedom of Information Act requests received by the Councils.
