Title: Fishing Year 2015 Gulf of Maine Atlantic Cod and Haddock Recreational Management Measures 
Abstract: This action was required by the current recreational fishery accountability measures, which provide that the National Marine Fisheries Service, after consultation with the New England Fishery Management Council, may adjust recreational measures to ensure the recreational fishery achieves any recreational fishery annual catch limit in a future fishing year. Measures were required to facilitate recreational catch of haddock, which had an increased catch limit in 2015, while preventing overharvest of cod, which had a decreased catch limit. This action implemented revisions selected from the following types of measures: recreational minimum fish size, per angler possession limits, fishing seasons, and gear requirements for fishing year 2015, which began on May 1, 2015.
