Title: Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Archival Tag Management Measures 
Abstract: This rule considers minor revisions to the existing requirement for persons affixing or implanting archival tags to Highly Migratory Species to obtain permits from the National Marine Fisheries Service. The rulemaking would consider a reasonable range of options to increase efficiencies in the permit process required when affixing or implanting archival tags.
