| Title: Technical Amendment Correcting Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fisheries Regulations | |
| Abstract: This rule made technical amendments to regulations without altering their substance. These changes include: two corrections to regulatory cross-references; a correction to re-insert a longstanding Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act limit on the length of gillnet gear, which was erroneously removed from Atlantic Highly Migratory Species regulations; and a correction to the end date of the Spring Gulf of Mexico gear restricted area, which is May 31, but was erroneously published as May 30. | |
