Title: ●Control Date for the Atlantic Dolphin Commercial Sector for the Fishery Management Plan for the Dolphin Wahoo Fishery of the Atlantic Region 
Abstract: At the September 2015 meeting, the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council) approved a motion to request that a control date of June 30, 2015, be established for the Atlantic dolphin commercial sector of the dolphin wahoo fishery. The Council chose the date on which the Atlantic dolphin commercial sector closed due to the commercial sector reaching its annual catch limit. This control date will allow the Council to evaluate the level of participation in the Atlantic dolphin commercial sector and address any level of overcapacity.
