Title: ●Fishing Year 2016 Gulf of Maine Atlantic Cod and Haddock Recreational Management Measures 
Abstract: This action is required by the current groundfish fishery management plan, and will adjust recreational management measures to ensure the recreational fishery achieves the recreational fishery annual catch limit. Current management measures will be modified to provide an opportunity to increase the recreational catch of Gulf of Maine cod and haddock. This action would implement revisions selected from the following types of measures: recreational minimum fish size, per angler possession limits, and seasonal closures. This rule would be effective at the start of the 2016 fishing year, which begins on May 1, 2016.
