Title: ●Inseason Adjustments to Biennial Groundfish Management Measures 
Abstract: On March 10, 2015, the National Marine Fisheries Service published a final rule to implement the 2015-2016 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures (80 FR 12567). This action takes routine and frequent management action to modify management measures to meet the mandates outlined by the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act).
