Title: Amendment 26 to the Fishery Management Plan for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic
Abstract: As per Amendment 26, this rule would modify the management/stock boundary for Gulf and Atlantic migratory groups of king mackerel; update the biological reference points and revise the acceptable biological catch, optimum yield, annual catch limits, and annual catch targets for Gulf and Atlantic migratory group king mackerel; create an incidental catch allowance of Atlantic migratory group king mackerel caught in the shark gillnet fishery; establish split season commercial quotas and a trip limit system for the Atlantic Southern Zone; revise the commercial quotas for Gulf zones; and modify the recreational bag limit for Gulf migratory group king mackerel.
