Abstract:

On March 10, 2015, the National Marine Fisheries Service published a final rule to implement the 2015-2016 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures. This action takes routine and frequent management action to modify management measures to meet the mandates outlined by the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
