Title: Regulatory Amendment 29 to the Snapper Grouper Fishery Management Plan 
Abstract: This action implements the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council's regulatory amendment 29 to the Snapper Grouper Fishery Management Plan. The proposed revisions may include: specifying the use of descending devises; modifying the requirements for use of non-stainless steel circle hooks; and an adjustment to powerhead prohibitions.
