Abstract:

In this final rule, OMAO provides regulations pursuant to Section 207 of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2020 (Pub. L. 116-259), to carry out the application of the Military Whistleblower Protection Act to the NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps.
