Title: ●Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; Biennial Specifications and Management Measures; Final Rule; Inseason Adjustments to Groundfish Commercial Fishery Management Measures 
Abstract:

On December 16, 2022, NMFS published a final rule to implement the 2023-2024 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures (85 FR 79880). This action takes routine and frequent management action to modify management measures for commercial fisheries to meet the mandates outlined by the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act). This modification was recommended to the National Marine Fisheries Service by the Council at its June 2024 meeting.
