Title: ●Emergency Action to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf: Modifications to Catch Limits of Gulf Red Grouper 
Abstract:

This emergency action would increase the Gulf red grouper catch limits, in response to the latest stock assessment (SEDAR 88). This action is being developed to address an emergency, consistent with the authority in section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act. The action is based on new, unforeseen information regarding stock status and would prevent significant economic loss.
