Abstract:

NMFS is publishing a final rule to make technical corrections to 50 CFR part 660, subpart K to correct erroneous and revised regulatory citations, to update an outdated website reference, and to align specific regulatory language to be consistent with the intent of the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for U.S. West Coast Fisheries for Highly Migratory Species (HMS).
