| Abstract: The Office proposes to amend 37 CFR (Parts 2 and 7) to require the submission of as many specimens as may be necessary, and any additional information and exhibits that may be reasonably necessary, for the proper examination of an application under 15 USC 1051, an amendment to allege use under 37 CFR 2.76, a statement of use under 37 CFR 2.88, an affidavit or declaration of use or excusable nonuse under 37 CFR 2.161 or 7.37, and an amendment of a registration under 37 CFR 2.173(b)(3). | |
