Title: Adjustment of Fees for Trademark Applications and Applications for Renewal 
Abstract:

The Office is amending 37 CFR (Part 6) to reduce the filing fee, per class, for: (1) TEAS applications for which the applicant includes an e-mail address for correspondence, authorizes the Office to send correspondence concerning the application to the applicant or applicants attorney by e-mail, and files certain communications through TEAS; (2) TEAS Plus applications; and (3) renewal applications.
