| Title: ●Streamlining the Regulations Governing the 911 Grant Program | |

Abstract:
By this Rule, the Department of Commerce amends its regulations establishing the 911 Grant Program. This action amends certain provisions to better align with the underlying statute and eliminates certain provisions that are either redundant or inconsistent with the underlying statute or otherwise unnecessary. The intended effect is to enhance clarity for grant applicants and to improve administrative efficiency without changing the program’s substantive goals. |
