Abstract: This action will amend existing rule 15 CFR 806.15 to (1) combine Forms BE-605--Transactions of U.S. Affiliate, Except a U.S. Banking Affiliate, With a Foreign Parent and BE-605 Bank--Transactions of U.S. Banking Affiliate With a Foreign Parent, and (2) raise the threshold for filing for affiliates with a foreign parent on the newly revised Form BE-605.
