Title: ●BE-10, 2009 Benchmark Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad 
Abstract: This action will amend existing regulations 15 CFR 806.16 to provide for the conduct of the BE-10, Benchmark Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad--2009, as required in the International Investment and Trade in Services Survey Act. The existing regulations cover a similar survey for 2004 which has been completed and which the new survey will update.
