Title: The BE-180 Benchmark Survey of Financial Services Transactions Between U.S. Financial Services Providers and Foreign Persons  
Abstract: This action amends BEA's regulations to provide for the conduct of the BE-180 Benchmark Survey of Financial Services Transactions Between U.S. Financial Services Providers and Foreign Persons. This survey replaces the BE-80 which has been completed. The BE-80 collected data for unaffiliated foreign persons; the BE-180 will collect data for both affiliated and unaffiliated foreign persons.
