Title: BE-577 Quarterly Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad 
Abstract: This action amends existing rule 15 CFR 806.14 to bring reporting on the BE-577, Quarterly Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad, into conformity with the BE-10, Benchmark Survey of U.S. Direct Investment Abroad--2009, and to increase the exemption level for reporting foreign affiliates to $60 million from $40 million.
