Title: ●Removal of Reporting Requirements for Certain Surveys of Foreign Direct Investment in the United States 
Abstract: This action amends existing rule 15 CFR 806 by revising section 806.15 to remove the reporting requirements for the Initial Report on a Foreign Person's Direct or Indirect Acquisition, Establishment, or Purchase of the Operating Assets, Including Real Estate, of a U.S. Business Enterprise (BE-13, BE-14, and BE-13 Supplement C); Survey of Foreign Direct Investment in U.S. Enterprises Engaged in the Processing, Packaging, or Wholesale Distribution of Fish or Seafoods (BE-21); and the Industry Classification Questionnaire (BE-607).
