Title: December 2007 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Agreement Implementation: Category 6 (Cameras and Optical Sensors) of the Commerce Control List; Wassenaar Reporting Requirements 
Abstract: This final rule revises the Commerce Control List (CCL) and definitions of terms used in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to implement the agreements of the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual Use Goods and Technologies (Wassenaar Arrangement or WA) to the WA List that pertain to low light level (LLL) items that were agreed upon at the December 2007, 2008, and 2009 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Meetings. In addition, this rule revises Wassenaar reporting requirements, as well as special reporting requirements that pertain to low light level cameras and components.
