Title: Revision of Commerce Control List To Update and Clarify Certain Crime Control Activities 
Abstract: This rule revises the Commerce Control List to update and clarify certain items on the Commerce Control List that indicate "crime control" as a reason for control. The specific changes made by this rule include replacing obsolete terminology, adding items to illustrative lists of categories of items in certain entries and removing duplicative or redundant controls. Many of the changes in this rule are based in part on public comments to a notice of inquiry published by the Bureau of Industry and Security ("Request for Public Comment on Crime Control License Requirements in the Export Administration Regulations").
