Title: Export Administration Regulations: Technical Corrections 
Abstract: This rule removes potentially confusing language regarding the de minimis level of controlled U.S. content in foreign made items, replaces obsolete terminology, clarifies a term in the standard denial order, clarifies language regarding capabilities of certain machine tools and corrects a typographical error in the regulatory provisions regarding calculation of adjusted peak performance of digital computers.
