Title: Implementation of the Wassenaar Arrangement's (WA) Task Force on Editorial Issues (TFEI) Revisions; Correction
Abstract: On December 10, 2009, the final rule, Implementation of the Wassenaar Arrangement's (WA) Task Force on Editorial Issues (TFEI) Revisions, was published in the Federal Register (74 FR 65661). The amendments in that rule moved a technical note from after 1C006.d to 1C006.a. The technical note was moved, however a copy of paragraph e of the technical note was left behind, and now in appearance looks like it is paragraph e in the items paragraph, i.e., 1C006.e. This correction rule deletes paragraph e in the items paragraph of 1C006. In addition, the text of the Related Definition section of ECCN 3C001 should have been removed in the December 10th rule. This rule replaces the text with "N/A" (Not Applicable) in the Related Definitions section of ECCN 3C001.
