Title: General Authorization for Exports, Reexports and Transfers (In-Country) for Secure Destinations, Accelerated Processing Times 
Abstract: This rule creates a general authorization that authorizes exports and reexports to certain allies and partner countries. Such exports and reexports would otherwise require a license based on Commerce Control List license requirements. This rule also adds a reporting requirement for all items reexported under this new general authorization and for items that are exported under this new authorization for which no Automated Export System filing is made. This rule further removes one additional permissive reexport authorization. Finally, this rule establishes a shorter license application review process for all destinations. BIS is taking these actions to enhance the national security, foreign policy, and economic security interests of the United States.
