Title: On-Line Registration for Use of the Simplified Network Applications Processing Redesign System 
Abstract: This rule would make changes to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) that would allow parties to register on-line to use the on-line system for submitting license applications and similar documents. Currently the EAR requires a paper registration process that has been in place since the BIS's original electronic license application system was instituted in the mid 1980's. This action was withdrawn because it duplicates the action in the entry for RIN 0694-AE98.
