Abstract: This final rule amends the Export Administration Regulations to revise the list of eligible items that may be exported, reexported and transferred under Authorization Validated End-User to existing Validated End-User Applied Materials China, Ltd in the People's Republic of China (PRC). This rule also revises the list of Applied's eligible facilities the may receive the identified items.
