Title: Addition to the List of Validated End-Users: Advanced Micro Devices, China, Inc. 
Abstract: This rule amends the Export Administration Regulations to add a new company, Advanced Micro Devices China, Inc. to the list of validated end-users in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The amendment includes a list of certain items identified by Export Control Classification Number that may be exported, reexported and transferred under Authorization Validated End-User (VEU) to approved facilities in the PRC.
