Title: ●Simplified Network Application Processing System, On-line Registration and Account Maintenance  
Abstract: This rule removes the paper- and facsimile-based procedures that the Export Administration Regulations currently require when parties wish to open or revise an account for on-line submission of license applications and similar documents. The rule mandates an on-line registration and account maintenance instead. The rule sets forth duties of parties to use the on-line system to keep their names and contact information in the on-line application processing system current.
