| Title: ●Amendment to the Export Administration Regulations: Part 750--Application Processing, Issuance, and Denial | |
| Abstract: In this final rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by revising the provisions in Part 750 (Application Processing, Issuance, and Denial) concerning the Bureau's authority to revise, suspend or revoke licenses. Recent international events have demonstrated that there are situations in which BIS needs to be able to revise, suspend or revoke licenses for reasons beyond those that pertain to violations of the EAR. | |
