Title: Export Administration Regulations Revision: Dissemination, Detection and Protection Equipment and Related Articles the President Determines No Longer Warrant Control under the United States Munition 
Abstract: This rule would amend the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to create five new 600 series Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) in Commerce Control List (CCL) Category 1 that would control dissemination, detection and protection equipment and related articles that the President determines no longer warrant control under United States Munitions List (USML) Category XIV in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This rule is part of the Administration's Export Control Reform Initiative announced by the President in 2009.
