Abstract:

The Bureau of Industry and Security issued this rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations to make additional revisions and clarifications for the licensing policy for the Crimea region of Ukraine. This action was consistent with the goals and objectives of Executive Order 13685 of December 19, 2014.
