Title: ●Russian Sanctions: Addition to the Entity List to Prevent Violations of Russian Industry Sector Sanctions 
Abstract: This rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) as part of the maintenance of the sanctions implementing U.S. policy toward Russia. This rule provides information to the exporting community to assist in compliance with the Russian sanctions in the EAR. Specifically, in this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security amends the EAR by adding one entity to the Entity List. The U.S. Government has determined that any exports, reexport or transfer (in-country) to this entity is contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States, because this entity is involved in activities that are prohibited under the Russian industry sector sanctions.
