Title: ●Update to Listing of Countries Where Persons in the United States May Request Department of Defense Assistance in Obtaining Priority Delivery of Contracts
Abstract:

This rule adds Spain to the list of countries with which the Department of Defense has entered into security of supply arrangements. Persons in the United States may request the assistance of the Department of Defense in seeking priority delivery from parties in countries with which the Department of Defense has entered into such arrangements. Listing these countries in the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) Regulations is purely informational. The authority to require prioritization of contracts under the DPAS Regulations does not extend beyond the United States.
