Title: ●Amendments to Existing Validated End-User Authorizations in the People's Republic of China: AMEC and AMC 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security amends the EAR to revise the existing authorization for Validated End Users Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment, Inc. (AMEC) and Applied Materials (China) (AMC). The rule revises the list of eligible items for AMEC; and the list of eligible facilities for AMC.
