Title: North Korea: Clarification and Update of Prohibitions Under the Export Administration Regulations 
Abstract:

In this rule BIS amends the EAR to align the agency's regulatory prohibitions on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea with Executive Order 13722 and UNSCR 2270. This rule also updates EAR anti-terrorism reasons for control on items to or transferred within the country. The rule includes conforming changes.
