Title: Implementation of Additional Export Controls: Certain Advanced Computing Items and Semiconductor Manufacturing Items; Supercomputer and Semiconductor End Use; Updates to the Controls and Corrections 
Abstract:

This final rule addresses public comments on two interim final rules. An interim final rule  published October 25, 2023 which implements controls certain advanced computing items,  supercomputer and semiconductor end use, and on semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The second interim rule published April 4, 2024 and provides related corrections and clarifications.
