Title: Export Controls on Semiconductor Manufacturing Items; Entity List Modifications 
Abstract:

This final rule addresses concerns and recommendations submitted by the public in response to two interim final rules. On October 25, 2023 BIS published Export Controls on Semiconductor Manufacturing Items at (88 FR 73424) and on December 12, 2024 BIS published "Foreign-Produced Direct Product Rule Additions, and Refinements to Controls for Advanced Computing and Semiconductor Manufacturing Items" (89 FR 96790).
