Abstract:

Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations regarding the Australia, United Kingdom, United States (AUKUS) Enhanced Trilateral Security Partnership. This rule removes license requirements for most exports, reexports, and transfers (in-country) to Australia and the United Kingdom of items subject to the Export Administration Regulations.
