Title: Addition of Entities and Revision of Entries on the Entity List 
Abstract:

This rule makes revisions to Supplement No.4 to Part 744 of the EAR by adding entities in multiple destinations. These entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.
