Title: ●Export Administration Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications  
Abstract:

In this final rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by making certain editorial corrections and clarifications. Failure to correct these errors would cause confusion and impede the free flow of commerce. This rule ensures languages and policies already set forth in the EAR remain consistent throughout.
