Title: ●Adoption and Procedures of the Section 232 Steel and Aluminum Tariff Inclusions Process 
Abstract:

In this Interim Final Rule (IFR), the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) adopts changes for establishing a Section 232 Inclusions Process. Presidential Proclamations 10895 and 10896 of February 10, 2025 detailed the Secretary of Commerce shall establish a process for including additional steel and aluminum derivative articles within the scope of the Section 232 Duties within 90 Days, which is being established with this publication of this IFR.
