Abstract:

Establishes a process for including additional derivative copper articles within the scope of the ad valorem duties. The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), in this interim final rule (IFR), establishes the process for including additional derivative copper articles within the scope of the ad valorem duties authorized by the President under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, as amended (Section 232).
