Abstract:
This action removed the Department of the Army rule that was last updated on June 22, 2005 (70 FR 36029), concerning the management of the misdemeanor criminal investigation program by Department of the Army personnel. Current internal policy is available in Army Regulation 190-30, Military Police Investigations, at https://armypubs.army.mil/epubs/DR_pubs/DR_a/pdf/web/r190_30.pdf. This removal supported a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force. |
