Title: Payments of Amounts Due Mentally Incompetent Members of the Naval Service 
Abstract: This rule updates 37 CFR part 726 to reflect the transfer of authority from the Judge Advocate General of the Navy to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service-Cleveland Center (DFAS-CL) to appoint trustees for members of the Naval service who have been determined to be mentally incompetent in accordance with title 11 of chapter 37, U.S. Code.
