Title: Floodplain Management Services Program Establishment of Fees for Cost Recovery 
Abstract:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is proposing to amend this regulation to adjust fees collected from Federal agencies and private persons for certain floodplain management services. Currently, State, regional, or local government or other non-Federal public agencies are provided floodplain management services without charge.  However, depending on the complexity of the request, either a nonnegotiated fee schedule or a negotiated agreement is used to recover the cost of services provided to Federal agencies and private persons.  The fees associated with the nonnegotiated fee schedule have not changed.
