Title: TRICARE; Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP) 
Abstract: This rule implements section 4 of the Hubbard Act, Public Law 110-317, and section 734 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009, Public Law 110-417. These Acts provide two new categories of beneficiaries for the Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP).
