Title: Extension of Authority To Carry Out Certain Prototype Projects (DFARS Case 2008-D008) 
Abstract: Amends the Defense FAR Supplement to implement section 823 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008. Section 823 provides a 5-year extension of the authority for DoD to carry out a pilot program for transition to follow-on contracting after use of other transaction authority.
